المغرب… دولة لا تعتذر عن أحلامها

المملكة المغربية لا تحتاج إلى إذنٍ كي تحلم كبيراً، ولا تنتظر تصفيق أحد كي تمضي في طريقها. فالدول العظيمة لا تُقاس بمساحتها الجغرافية، بل باتساع رؤيتها، وبقدرتها على تحويل الحلم إلى مشروع، والمشروع إلى إنجاز. والمغرب اليوم، بواقعيته الطموحة، يسير في خطٍ تصاعدي يربك من اعتادوا رؤية وطنٍ محدود الأفق.
هناك من يسعى لإثبات أن دولتنا أصغر من أحلامها، يتحدثون بصوتٍ عالٍ لكنهم يفكرون بعقلٍ ضيق، يخلطون بين الواقعية واليأس، بين اليقظة والتخريب. يريدون من المغرب أن يعتذر لأنه يحلم، وأن يرضى بالقليل، وأن يتوقف عن الطموح، وكأن الطموح ترفٌ لا يليق بنا.
لكن الحقيقة أن الحلم المغربي ليس شعاراً، بل رؤية مدروسة تُترجمها الموانئ العملاقة، والطرقات المعبّدة نحو المستقبل، والمشاريع الصناعية الكبرى التي تضع المغرب في قلب الاقتصاد العالمي. فمن طنجة إلى الداخلة، ومن العيون إلى وجدة، تسير مسيرة بناءٍ لا تتوقف، رغم ضجيج المشكّكين.
أولئك الذين يرون في المشاريع الكبرى نفقاتٍ، لا يدركون أن كل حجر يُوضع اليوم إنما يُمهّد لسيادة الغد. يردّدون أن البلاد لا تملك الوسائل لتحقيق طموحاتها، بينما التاريخ يُثبت أن الطموح هو الذي يصنع الوسائل، وأن الإرادة الوطنية قادرة على تحويل التحديات إلى فرص.
إنهم لا يشكّون في المغرب، بل في أنفسهم. يخافون من التغيير لأنه يفضح عجزهم، فيحاولون تصغير الدولة لتتناسب مع مقاييسهم المحدودة. غير أن المغرب لا يلتفت إلى الوراء، ولا يعتذر عن الحلم، لأنه يعرف أن الإيمان بالوطن ليس عاطفة، بل استراتيجية بقاء وتقدّم.
المغرب يتقدّم ويبني ويُنجز، بإرادةٍ ملكيةٍ راسخة وشعبٍ يثق بأن الغد أفضل من اليوم. وسيفهم المشكّكون في النهاية أن من يحلم كبيراً لا يحتاج إلى إذن، وأن من أراد أن يُنقص من حجم المغرب سيبقى مُجبَراً على مشاهدة مسيرة دولة ترفض أن تعتذر عن وجودها.
Morocco… A Nation That Does Not Apologize for Its Dreams

The Kingdom of Morocco does not need permission to dream big, nor does it await anyone’s applause to move forward. Great nations are not measured by the size of their territory, but by the vastness of their vision and their ability to turn dreams into projects, and projects into achievements.
Today, with its ambitious realism, Morocco is moving along an upward path that unsettles those accustomed to seeing a nation with limited horizons. There are some who try to prove that our country is smaller than its dreams—speaking loudly but thinking narrowly—confusing realism with despair, and vigilance with obstruction.
They want Morocco to apologize for dreaming, to settle for little, and to stop aspiring for more—as if ambition were a luxury unworthy of us. Yet the truth is that the Moroccan dream is no mere slogan, but a well-studied vision embodied in colossal ports, highways paved toward the future, and major industrial projects that place Morocco at the heart of the global economy.
From Tangier to Dakhla, from Laayoune to Oujda, a continuous march of construction is underway—unmoved by the noise of the skeptics. Those who see large projects as expenses fail to realize that every stone laid today paves the way for tomorrow’s sovereignty. They claim the country lacks the means to fulfill its ambitions, while history proves that ambition creates its own means, and that national will can turn challenges into opportunities.
They do not doubt Morocco—they doubt themselves. They fear change because it exposes their own shortcomings, and so they try to shrink the nation to fit their narrow perceptions. But Morocco does not look back, nor does it apologize for dreaming, because it knows that faith in the nation is not sentiment—it is a strategy for survival and progress.
Morocco advances, builds, and achieves—driven by the steadfast will of its King and a people confident that tomorrow will be better than today. In the end, the skeptics will come to understand that those who dream big need no permission, and that those who seek to diminish Morocco will remain forced to watch a nation that refuses to apologize for its very existence.
